Vegetable chicken stew with cabbage and potatoes

Prepared quickly, it turns out delicious! I love to cook vegetable stew of different composition, both with meat and without meat.
Very tasty, quick, hearty dish that will fit like a second lunch or will be a full dinner. It is convenient to take with you to work in a plastic container.
Take the following ingredients: chicken breast, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, green peas (I had frozen), butter, salt, and parsley.
Prepare all products to the subsequent roasting. Cut up an onion.
Cube or slice potatoes.
The same cube cut carrot,
shred the cabbage into strips.
Chicken meat is also cut into pieces of equal size cutting of vegetables.
Sautu00e9 all the ingredients in a saucepan in hot oil: first, put the onion, add the carrots and potatoes, then cabbage, stew under the lid so that the cabbage is limp.
now add the chicken, stir, season with salt. At the end add the peas. Stew until it is ready - about 5 minutes.
Serve vegetable stew with chicken hot, sprinkled with parsley.
