Inexpensive, but very tasty and juicy hot meat dish, try it! Very cheap recipe products available: kids and adults will love. These cutlets are good as usual for lunch, and hot meals for our dear guests. The children will eat them pleasure, because they are unlikely to be aware that some vegetables, like cabbage, onions and carrots (not a favorite of all children...). Burgers obtained through vegetables, juicy and delicious. Spices You can add any, focusing on your taste.
Products required for preparation of cutlets. All vegetables are cleaned and washed. Beef defrosted. I made it previously and froze for future use in the freezer. I - pig-ground beef, You can take any other meat that You prefer.
Coarsely cut vegetables. Breadcrumbs soaked in milk or water.
Grind in a blender until the consistency of porridge all the vegetables: carrot, cabbage, onion, garlic. In a blender can be crushed and soaked in milk (or water) bread crumb. All of these products together with meat grind in a meat grinder if You don't have pre-cooked meat.
In a bowl put the minced sour cream, shredded in a blender, vegetables, breadcrumbs along with the soaking milk (water), egg, add to taste spices, pepper, salt.
Mix thoroughly all the ingredients. We get such a homogeneous mass. Several times to recapture the stuffing is ready, remove it from the bowl and throwing it back. This procedure softens the meat and at the same time allows the meatballs to keep the shape.
Shape the cutlets, giving them size and shape that You like, and immediately spread them on a baking sheet (preferably to be with a high rim), pre-greased with sunflower oil. Pour a little boiling water, put the pan in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese. In the middle and at the end of cooking the chicken pour the juice that will stand out when baking.
At the end of cooking the patties move closer to each other, liberally sprinkle with grated cheese. Burgers hold a little more in the oven until the cheese melts and forms a molten crust.
