A delicious cake with chocolate frosting! Cake with streaks of chocolate glaze is incredibly gentle, moderately moist and not cloying. 1. Eggs divided into whites and yolks, whisk whites with a mixer until stable peaks strong, gradually we pour the sugar (use half dose), continue whisking.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until until they change color, become more bright.
3. Then we connect the two masses, sift in all the flour, add the zest, gently mix the dough longer than in air.
4. Vystelim form foil, pour in it the dough, put into the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, the readiness check with a wooden splinter.
5. Cool cake on the grill, then cut it into 4 thin layers.
6. Gelatin pour into a bowl, fill with cold water, leave for 10 minutes to swell.
7. Put the mascarpone in a bowl, pour cream, add powdered sugar blend ingredients with a blender.
8. Heated gelatin in the microwave for a few seconds until complete dissolution, if necessary, heated again. Pour gelatin in a creamy cheese mass, stir.
9. In the split form of the right diameter put one Korzh, to impregnate it with the syrup, spread part of the cream, cover with second Korzh and thus collect the whole cake.
10. Send the form into the fridge for 4 hours until complete solidification of the cream.
11. After the specified time take out the cake from the refrigerator, holding a knife around the edge carefully separating the cake from the sides of the form and remove it.
12. In a saucepan pour the cream sent to the fire, bring to a boil, but do not boil! Hot cream put the butter and chocolate, previously broken into pieces.
13. Stir the glaze until complete dissolution of chocolate and butter, allow to cool and pour the cake surface.
14. Put into the fridge for 30-40 for glaze to harden.
Optionally decorate the cake with fruit and serve.
