Amazingly delicious and incredibly bright salad! To prepare salad with avocado and cherry tomatoes do not take much time and you will spend no more than five minutes. The result is a delicious and rich dish, it is certainly worth a try!
Salad can be served immediately or chill it for a while in the fridge. This mix I often make for Breakfast, only in this case, exclude onion and garlic. Serve the salad on a toasted toasted bread or slices of fresh bread, morning Cup of coffee or tea it would be a great addition. Avocado and cherry are perfectly combined with fish and rice, and this salad is safe to offer if you have the menu fish dishes or boiled cereals.
In the photo provided the basic ingredients required for the preparation of salad. Prepare all the products. First clean the onion and garlic. Rinse avocado, cherry tomatoes, lemon, herbs, onion and garlic under running water.
Avocado cut in half and remove the stone. Clean it from the skin.
Put avocado in bowl and mash with a fork into pieces.
Try to make so that not formed a mash of pulp, and left pieces of different size(as pictured).
With half a lemon squeeze the juice in a bowl (you can use lime).
Add a pinch of salt, red pepper to taste, add the allspice and Chile. The amount of seasoning adjust to your taste.
The cherry tomatoes cut into arbitrary small pieces. Why is it better to take it mini tomatoes? They are sweet in taste, more juicy and saturated. You can use normal tomato fruit of the sweet varieties. Onions and garlic cut into small cubes. Instead of red onion can take a shallot or white onion, these varieties are ideal for vegetable mixes, they are more soft and not very bitter. Add cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic to the avocado.
Greens finely chop the maximum. You can use parsley, dill, Basil or cilantro. In the recipe I took the dill and parsley. Dress the salad with olive oil and mix. Try again on the palate, the pickle with salt and add a little lemon juice if required.
The salad is ready!
