Mint brownies with chocolate frosting

Prepare an unmatched treat for the family! Mint brownie with chocolate frosting will be a great treat for guests and delight family. The cream is based on a butter with addition of food dye. The dye can be used as powder and gel.
1. Melt butter on low heat, meanwhile, pour into a bowl the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, mix well. When the butter is completely melted, pour it to the dry ingredients, stir.

2. In the resulting mass, break the eggs, add the vanilla extract, stir. The dough was not so thick, there was a sheen and smooth structure. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with foil, even out and bake it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake brownies for no longer than 30-35 minutes.

3. The softened butter beat with a mixer until fluffy, then add the powdered sugar, tincture of peppermint and a tablespoon of milk, all again carefully whisk. In the obtained mass add food coloring, whisk. The cooled brownie lubricated bright cream and put into the fridge for half an hour.

4. Milk chocolate break into small pieces, put in saucepan, sent on very low heat, melt while stirring continuously. Then gently introduced into the chocolate butter is room temperature, stir. Put chocolate on top of cream, even out, return to fridge to harden for half an hour.

Prepared brownies, cut into serving pieces and serve.
