ЮзВкусно, просто и полезно! Немного острый и кисленький :-). Моя семья не любит купленный в магазине кетчуп, поэтому я постоянно нахожусь в поиске новых и интересных рецептов домашних соусов. Вот один из многих вариантов.

In boiled water to dissolve tomato paste. Put the mixture on a high heat.

While stirring continuously add salt and sugar

Purify and shinkuem onions

Add pepper, cloves, dill (if you have dried dill) 2 tbsp. vinegar. Leave the boil on minimum heat for 40-45 minutes stirring occasionally.

if you have fresh dill - wash and grind them

3 minutes before end of cooking add the chopped garlic and dill

Turn off the heat, add Bay leaf and mustard, cover with a lid and allow to infuse for 7 minutes, then add the remaining vinegar and stir. If You want to make a billet for the winter - the ketchup must be bottled in sterile banks and close with sterile lids using a special key. It can also just pour in a jar and store in the refrigerator without preservatives 5-6 days.

The ketchup is ready :) served with meat, pasta or use for cooking pizza.
