Classic pizza Margherita with mozzarella

Traditional Italian pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella. Pizza turns out very fragrant, with a thin crispy crust. It is very tasty. Sauce can be served not only for pizza, it is well suited for pasta or dishes with meat, it will sound great just with a slice of fried bread.
Now that you know how to make pizza Margherita at home, you do not have to go to a pizzeria!
Measure out the products to the test.
To prepare the dough in the bowl or on the table sift our flour, in the centre we do deepening and pour it warm water. To the water add sugar and yeast and leave it so 5 minutes to our yeast is passed into the solution.
After yeast is dissolved, add olive oil, salt and knead the dough.
The dough should get soft and elastic. The kneaded dough leave to rest in a warm place for 30-40 minutes until the increase in volume. While the dough is resting, make sauce.
Prepare food for the sauce and toppings.
For sauce with tomato remove the skin (on the tomatoes make cuts and drop them in boiling water for 2 minutes, after this procedure the skin is removed very easily).
Pull the seeds (this is optional, but our sauce will be cooking down faster and will not be liquid).
Prepared tomatoes finely cut and sent to a heated pan with olive oil. Ovarium our sauce until thick (mine took about 15 -20 minutes) at the end add salt, sugar and pepper to taste, garlic, finely grind and also add to the sauce, optionally add the dry herbs, I added Basil and oregano.
For stuffing tomatoes cut into thin circles, also come with mozzarella (you can substitute any other cheese that you have).
Approaching divide the dough into 2 parts (this portion of the test is 2 pizza with a diameter of about 24 cm).
The dough can be rolled out or stretch with your hands, I stretched hands. Send our the dough on a baking sheet.
Grease it with our sauce, spread on top layer of tomatoes.
Then a layer of mozzarella.
We bake our pizza in a preheated oven at 220-230C, about 7-10 minutes (focus on your oven, on the test should appear light Golden crust). The finished pizza sprinkled with fresh Basil leaves and serve. Bon appetit!
