Perhaps the most delicious and appetizing dish of meat! Delicious and very juicy beef steak. From a minimum set of products you can prepare incredibly tasty and very hearty dish. Your men will not remain indifferent!
For this recipe it is better to take the choicest piece of beef, because the quality of meat and from what part of the carcass used, depends almost 99% of the success of the finished dish. Steak is not recommended to cook from frozen or fresh meat. The thickness of the piece of raw meat should be no more than 2 - 5 inches. This recipe turns out tender and delicious the steak medium, i.e. a medium degree of doneness. If You don't like raw meat, after frying to send a piece of beef in the oven and medium heat to endure eight to ten minutes so the steak is "ripe" (if you leave it in the oven a little longer, you end up with dry steak).
